Fins Motorcycles are pleased to present this 1979 Laverda Montjuic 500 for sale with 7562 km / 4698 miles on the clock.
First registered in 1979 and is in lovely condition with matching engine and frame numbers. It is a rare mark1 version and very few were sold in the UK due to the cost.

The previous owner had it for 16 years. History prior to that date is not known. Mileage is only 7561km (all Laverdas sold in the UK had kph speedos only). Current owner has added indicators and replaced the exhaust system.

This bike is not for the faint hearted as it is a six speed full on race bike for the road with no rider assistance in terms of warning lights, neutral has to be found by feel! Road tests from the period confirm that it was an absolute rocket and fantastic experience to ride. By todays standards it is fairly pedestrian but still a lot of fun in the hands of an experienced rider.

Only known fault is the tacho is temperamental and needs rebuilding.

The bike will be serviced and MOT'd before it leaves us, PX welcome, We can arrange nationwide delivery.
